什么是调档？
调档是指访问签，学签，工签或者移民申请人委托加拿大公民或者永久居民通过 加拿大政府的 Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Online Request 系统，调取申请相关的信息：包括拒签原因，申请材料影音档案等等。
移民局调档对申请有哪些帮助？
了解拒签原因，为重新递交签证作准备：加拿大的拒签信通常只会标注一些模板化的理由，例如访问目的（Purpose of Visit）、资金状况等。 但具体的拒签原因以及签证官的笔记（GCMS Notes）需要通过调档才能看到，在了解拒签原因之后，才能在第二次申请的材料修改中有的放矢，增加二签的成功率。
查看递交材料：有时即使过签也有必要调档保存，以便在之后的其他类型签证申请中，与之前提交给移民局的信息相一致。
移民调档：调档可以看到移民进度和签证官的笔记，了解签证官关心的问题（例如怀疑工作真实性、怀疑婚姻关系真实性），以便有针对性地进行补充材料。
调档类型：
调档过程中，有两种调档内容可供选择：
Physical类别：可以看到递签时材料的影印件，包括申请表，解释信以及其他提交过的文件扫描件。Physical类别适用于忘记之前提交的内容，而需要核对的情况。
Notes类别：可以看到系统中关于申请人的系统记录以及签证官在审理过程中留下的笔记，包括拒签理由。Notes类别适用于准备再次递交签证、转学通知移民局等。
调档流程：
1 申请人向我司提供：a 拒签者需提供拒签信/ 过签者需提供签证页和签证通过函；b 护照首页；c 调档委托信。
2 我司代表申请人向加拿大政府提交调档申请
3 调档结果会以电子版的形式发送给客户
调档周期：
我们收到您的材料后，会在3个工作日内完成递交申请，并在获得调档结果后的第一时间通知您。绝大多数情况下，Notes会在28-32个自然日内出结果，基本不会早于28天。
Physical的处理时间较长，如果30天内没有出结果，我们会发信通知申请人，可能需要额外延长60天甚至更长时间，建议申请人耐心等待。
费用：
单独调取Physical或Notes，费用为50加元。
一起调取费用为90加元。
服务费已包含政府收取的费用。
